Why do you have to wait up to 6 weeks for some products?

Some of the products we have in stock, but some, such as bathtubs and washbasins, are made specifically to order. That's why each of these products is unique and refined down to the smallest detail, and you're also assured that it's NEW, which is of great importance when it comes to large, crystal works of art.

What materials does NASE use to create its products?

We create our products from glass, crystal and other premium materials that are designed to work beautifully together and add a unique touch to any space.

Is it possible to cooperate with NASE in terms of selling products in the store?

Of course, we have up to 4 forms of cooperation available, both in terms of wholesale orders and others. Check out our cooperation tab.

What forms of payment are available?

We use the payment integrator Przelewy24 and Stripe, so you can make payments in virtually any popular format. Remember, that final payment will be in polish zloty currency with latest exchange rate.

Does NASE offer a warranty on its products?

We provide a guarantee for our products except when the damage arises from the intentional actions of the customer or his inattention after receiving the goods - for example, when, using the bathtub improperly, it is broken.

Can I return the goods if I don't like the product?

You can make a return for this purpose, check the site's terms and conditions tabs or contact us and together we will find the best solution.

How will my product be delivered?

Due to the delicate nature of the goods, we only ship by DPD or DHL courier depending on where you order.
